Sarah Potter plays her last tournament in a Vendetta uniform

After 3 years with Vendetta Brimhall, Sarah Potter plays her last tournament in a Vendetta uniform. Many tears were shed. Sarah and the Potter family would like to thank Coach Brimhall and all the other assistant coaches for the wonderful organization they have established. Coach Brimhall has been a great help to Sarah as a player and a person. Always knowing when to push harder or when to lay back, Coach Brimhall has a great player/coach fellowship with Sarah and his other players that most coaches dream of.

The countless free batting lessons with hundreds of hours spent in the batting cage have made Sarah the offensive player she is today. When Covid hit, Sarah and Jared started working on a new batting program called SwingBuild, by The Hitting Vault. Coach Brimhall spend countless hours learning the SwingBuild program from Chicago White Sox & Fresno State’s Hitting Coach Matt Lisle’s program.

They spent 4 to 5 nights a week in the batting cage rebuilding Sarah’s swing. She went from a subpar .200 hitter with numerous popups, to averaging over .400 with way fewer popup outs and being able to consistently hit home runs. Sarah finished the club season hitting .455 and .404 for High School in Arizona’s 6A conference facing numerous top-rated pitchers in the nation.

Sarah is heading to South Mountain Community College to continue her softball career. All the former Vendetta Coaches, players, and parents will be missed.
